Louise Gill is a Sumter native and has spent the last 25 years living in the Columbia area. She and her husband Mark have been building their family and raising their child, Belle, in Blythewood, which is just on the outskirts of Columbia.
Louise recently retired after serving as a public school teacher for 26 years. Her teaching background allows her to teach and guide her clients through the buying and selling process in a way that only a loving teacher can do. When Louise changed careers to become a real estate agent, she was blessed with the opportunity to work side by side with her mother, Retta, who has 30 years experience as a real estate agent. The premise of serving as a public school teacher and the blessing of training to be a real estate agent under her mother has laid the foundation to meet the needs of all of her clients.
Louise stays busy selling and listing homes from one county to the next including Sumter, Richland, Lexington, and Kershaw counties. Her goal is to find the perfect home in an area that is suitable for her clients, no matter which county they are pursuing.
